Welcome to the 2026 DSN Outdoors Expo! We’re excited to have you join us on Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE.

This guide is designed to answer the most common questions vendors may have in the lead-up to the event. Please read through each section carefully.

🚛 Vendor Setup Times

Friday, April 17: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Please check in at the registration table that will be placed outside the Kent Pavilion before setting up.

  • Booths must be completely set up by 2:30 PM on Friday.

  • Early attendees are common: be ready ahead of the official start time.

Enter from the main Casino/Fairgrounds Entrance

🅿️ Parking & Load-In Instructions

  • You will not need a parking pass. But after unloading, please move your car to the general parking closer to the casino or near the ice rink.
  • Vendors must bring their own carts or dollies to transport materials.
  • Overnight security will be provided on Friday night only
  • If you have a large setup with big equipment, especially in the Exhibit Hall, please let your rep know, so they can assign you a window of time to spread out the loading in

🔌 Booth Setup & Electricity

Included with Your Booth:

  • One 8-foot table (You will need your own tablecloth)

  • Two chairs

Electricity:

  • All booth spaces have electric in the vicinity, but you will need to bring your own extension cord/power strip; some outlets may be several feet away.

🧹 Teardown Guidelines

  • Teardown begins no earlier than 4:00 PM on Saturday

  • Do not pack up or move out before the event officially ends

  • This ensures a consistent experience for all attendees

  • You may leave large vehicles outside until Sunday. However, there will not be overnight security from Saturday into Sunday.

☕ Coffee, Water & Food

  • On Saturday morning, enjoy complimentary coffee, water, and pastries in the VIP Vendor/Staff area.

  • We will also provide lunch for 2 people per vendor on Saturday. Any additional lunches needed will be available for purchase at the food trucks.
