This guide is designed to answer the most common questions vendors may have leading up to the event. Please read through each section carefully.

๐ ฟ๏ธ Parking & Load-In Instructions

After unloading, move your vehicle to the midway lot (to the right if facing the Civic Center entrance).

Do not park or unload on the front sidewalk.
-
Vendors must bring their own carts or dollies to transport materials.
- If you are moving in vehicles or driving in to unload large items, you will need to set up on Friday. Please let your Draper Media Specialist know immediately so we can schedule a time for you at the 16×16 roll-up door first thing Friday morning. If you are facing the doors from the main parking lot, this door is located around the right side of the building on the back right corner.
๐ Booth Setup & Electricity
Included with Your Booth:

Outdoor booths will not have access to power

You may bring a quiet generator if exhibiting outside

Indoor booths may use outlets but must bring:

Extension cords

Surge protectors if applicable

๐ Vehicle & Equipment Rules (Indoor Vendors)
If you are displaying vehicles or large items indoors, please follow these rules:

Disconnect the vehicle battery
-
Drain the gas tank as much as possible
-
No oil changes permitted inside the building
-
Tire changes are allowed, if needed
-
All demonstrations must occur inside the arena
-
No demos in the truck bay or loading zones
-
Vehicles must remain stationary once the event begin
๐งน Teardown Guidelines

Teardown begins no earlier than 4:00 PM on Saturday
-
Do not pack up or move out before the event officially ends
-
This ensures a consistent experience for all attendees
- Large/oversized exhibits must be last out after teardown
โ Coffee, Water & Food

On Saturday morning, enjoy complimentary coffee, water, and danishes in the VIP Vendor/Staff area.

The Civic Center concession stand will open for lunch purchases.
