This guide is designed to answer the most common questions vendors may have leading up to the event. Please read through each section carefully.

🚛 Vendor Setup Times

Saturday, February 28: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

  • Please check in at the registration table before setting up.

  • Booths must be completely set up by 9:30 AM on Saturday.

  • Early attendees are common—be ready ahead of the official start time.

🅿️ Parking & Load-In Instructions

  • After unloading, move your vehicle to the parking lot.

  • Vendors must bring their own carts or dollies to transport materials.

🛜 Wifi Information

  • The WiFi network is: DTCC Special Events
  • The password is: mayflowers1

🔌 Booth Setup & Electricity

 Included with Your Booth:

  • One 6-foot table

  • Two chairs

Electricity needs to be requested ahead of time (limited spots):

  • For booths that have electricity, you must provide your own power strip, extension cable, and surge protector

🧹 Teardown Guidelines

  • Teardown begins no earlier than 2:00 PM on Saturday

  • Do not pack up or move out before the event officially ends

  • This ensures a consistent experience for all attendees

☕ Coffee, Water & Food

  • On Saturday morning, enjoy complimentary coffee, water, and danishes in the VIP Vendor/Staff area.

  • We will also be providing complimentary lunch in the VIP Vendor/Staff area after 11:30am on Saturday.
